教你手把手寫外貿(mào)漲價信,整理出成功率高的金句。!
匯率和海運費在過去的六個月里一直很高。最近原材料的飆升使得許多制造商的微薄利潤在這里縮水。如果他們不小心,他們會賠錢下訂單。
對于這些廠商來說,漲價是無奈但不可避免的選擇。
那么如何寫一封客戶可以接受的漲價信呢?以下幾點。
#幾個原則
01 不必抱歉
首先要明確的是,你向客戶提高價格,但你不是錯誤的一方。所以不要一上來就向客戶道歉,或者把姿勢放得很低,這樣以后就不合理了。如果客戶趁機(jī)提出一些不合理的要求,你怎么能拒絕呢?
漲價只是一個客觀事實,需要雙方共同消化。在商業(yè)上,你對客戶沒有什么遺憾。
但也要注意,雖然這是事實,但不要冷冷地把它扔給客戶:
“This letter is meant to inform you about the recent rise in prices of our products.”
除非你的產(chǎn)品真的不愁賣,否則還是要注意語氣,不卑不亢,禮貌有節(jié)。
02 有理有據(jù)
你不能說因為眾所周知,我們要漲價,即使原因真的眾所周知。
匯率上漲了幾點,運費上漲了多少,產(chǎn)品涉及的主要原材料上漲了多少?這些應(yīng)該在電子郵件中總結(jié),最好用直觀的圖表來解釋。
03 有些放矢
有了上述證據(jù),你不需要把所有的東西都留在電子郵件里。對于不同的客戶,你可以從他們最關(guān)心的地方來說明原因。
比如更注重價格,那就給他算賬,一筆一筆算清增加的成本; 如果更注重質(zhì)量,就要向他證明,為了保持原有的質(zhì)量,漲價是必然的結(jié)果。
04 提醒客戶你的價值
此外,我們還應(yīng)該提醒客戶,供的價值不僅在于產(chǎn)品的價格,還在于你在其他方面的努力。
其他客戶需要考慮的因素包括:
產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性;
對市場的了解,公司的專業(yè)水平,如新產(chǎn)品、爆款產(chǎn)品的迭代;
解決問題的能力;
對于交期的掌控能力,甚至可以優(yōu)先生產(chǎn)該客戶訂單;
合作時間長短,相互了解,溝通成本也是成本。
05 一步到位
價格上漲需要一步到位。今天不要通知客戶漲3%??吹娇蛻魶]有強(qiáng)烈的抵觸,幾天后你會再漲2%。脾氣好的客戶會生氣的。
如果擔(dān)心成本繼續(xù)上升,不妨在報價中列出報價的有效期限,或約定一些條款,如人民幣升值x點,報價無效,等等。
06 留出緩沖
漲價生效時間最好長一點,給客戶留點緩沖消化。
07 及時逼單
想想那些奢侈品店在漲價前門口排了多少人!你不妨試試看你能不能利用漲價?deadline促進(jìn)一些訂單。
